REFUND POLICIES

All sales on products and services are final. We will never turn anyone away from care because of an inability to pay. Certain discounts may be available for financial hardship, and offers for work-trade are always welcome. If you have a question concerning payment please feel free to ask one of our doctors.

Cancellation policy

Doctor's and Therapist's time is valuable. Whole Body Chiropractic & Massage allows cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Within 24 hours a fee of $30 will be applied to each cancelled/no-show appointment. There are no cash refunds, all exchanges are applied to full cash value of the the service.
